Pipe in galvanised steal, easy to use and mount. Length of 1200 mm with an outside diameter og 1,5" and a wall thickness of 3 mm. height above flooring: 7-8 cm.

 

This product has been tested at three farms with 20 mm sisalrope. Testing has shown that over 5 weeks approximately 60 cm of rope is consumed which yields a low cost occupational material for sows.

 

The product is patented and has a lot of advantages over other alternatives:

- it is a small and cheap product

- if used correctly, the rope will always be available for the pigs

- the chain at the end of the rope indicates how much rope is left in the pipe
