Shipping and delivery
Shipping and delivery time vary according to distance, type of freight and country of disembarkation.
Buyer arranges for pick-up and shipping and pays all expenses. Brocken is not responsible for damages incurred during freight. INCOTERMS Ex Works.
Payment and prices
Payment must be received before shipping. Method of payment is bank transfer. Payment conditions: 14 days netto.

Prices listed on this webpage are B2B prices. Brocken reserves the right the make adjustments to prices and correct errors. B2C prices vary depending on our partners.
Contracts and partnerships
Brocken reserves the right to engage in partnerships with all interested parties.
Complaints
If any errors and defects are discovered at delivery time, they must be invoked within reasonable time. It is the buyer's duty to indicate the error and upon request submit proof of the defect. If errors or defects are discovered contact Brocken immediately.
